
Studio Policies
We want every yogi to have a smooth, enjoyable experience both on and off the mat. To make sure classes run smoothly, and everyone has fair access to our studio, we’ve outlined our key policies below.
Class Booking & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least two hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This gives other yogis on the waitlist the opportunity to join.
Cancellations made less than two hours before class, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in a $20 no-show fee.
Waitlist Policy
Each class allows up to 10 yogis on the waitlist. If the waitlist is full, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join that class this time – but we have lots of other classes for you!
By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are confirming that you will attend the class if a spot opens up to one hour before class time. You will be notified via email if a space becomes available and automatically placed into the class. Missing a promoted waitlist spot or not cancelling within 2 hours will incur the $20 no-show fee. It’s important to cancel your waitlist spot if you will not be able to attend a class.
Insufficient Funds Fee
A $5 fee automatically applies to all failed payments, including declined cards and transactions with insufficient funds.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure a peaceful class experience for all, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. The building door is locked during class. Failure to attend a booked class, will result in a $20 no-show fee.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Students should be on their mat and ready to begin at the scheduled class start time. Please be mindful of parking and plan ahead.
Refunds & Returns
We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges for merchandise within 10 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and resellable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or credited to your Skandiflow account.
Please note: Class passes, memberships, sale merchandise, food & beverage, water bottles, headwear, handmade soap, and gift cards are final sale.
Monthly Unlimited Membership Cancellation
We’re sad to see you go! We hope you enjoyed your time in our classes and with our instructors, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
To cancel a Monthly Unlimited Membership, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice via the cancellation form below. Once submitted, we’ll process your request and email you confirmation.
