Aerial Yoga Intro Pass – 2 for $20
Aerial Yoga is a signature specialty at Skandiflow, and we’d love for you to experience the lift! Elevate your practice and find new space in the body using silk hammocks to support, deepen your stretches, and defy gravity in every pose.
During your 30 for $30 trial with us, enjoy two Aerial classes for just $20 – a special invitation to explore our silks (regularly $30 per class). Two Aerial Yoga Intro Passes may be purchased during your 30 for $30 trial (for a total of 4 classes)!

Memberships are billed every 30 days. If you wish to cancel, we require at least 30 days notice. All cancellations must be submitted via our Membership Cancellation form.

Children’s Yoga

Tailored around different themes, each kids’ yoga class features age-appropriate yoga sequences, engaging games, partner poses, lively songs with movements, interactive story time, and even bubbles!
Our holistic approach contributes to children’s social, mental, and physical development. Through yoga and movement, parents can discover new ways to connect with their little ones. No prior yoga experience is required.
Each class includes:
- Mat provided.
- Easy-to-follow yoga poses with fun animal themes.
- Music, rhymes, and movement games
- Breathing and relaxation techniques made toddler friendly.
